Article 3

Article 3(6) of Regulation (EC) No 2707/2000 is replaced by the following:

‘6.

An aid shall only be granted on the products listed in the Annex I to this Regulation if the products comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council^f1 and Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council^f2, and in particular the requirements concerning preparation in an approved establishment and the identification marking requirements specified in Section I of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004.’
