Article 58 Amendment of the AnnexesF1

1.

The F2Secretary of State may, by regulations, amend the following:

(a)

Annexes IA, IB, IC, II, III, IIIA, IIIB, IV, V, VI and VII to take account of changes agreed under the Basel Convention and the OECD Decision;

(b)

Annex V to reflect F3any amendments made to Commission Decision 2000/532/EC;

(c)

Annex VIII to reflect decisions taken under relevant international conventions and agreements.
