Article 7 Conformity or suitability for use of constituents

Before issuing F1a declaration of conformity or suitability for use referred to in Article 5 of Regulation (EC) No 552/2004, manufacturers of constituents of the systems referred to in Article 1(2)(a) and (b) shall assess the conformity or suitability for use of these constituents in compliance with the requirements set out in Annex IV, Part A.
