Article 19 Budget commitments

1.

Budget commitments shall be made on the basis of decisions taken by the Commission in accordance with Articles 9(6), 12(1), 13(1) and 16(2).

2.

Budget commitments for measures extending over a number of financial years may be split into annual instalments, spread over a number of years.

3.

Community financing may take one of the following legal forms, inter alia: financing agreements, grant contracts, procurement contracts, employment contracts.
