Article 15 Budget commitments

Budget commitments shall be made on the basis of decisions taken by the Commission in accordance with Articles 6, 8, 9 and 12.
2.
The legal forms for Community financing shall include (inter alia):

financing agreements,

grant agreements,
-
procurement contracts,
-
employment contracts.
