1.

Regulation (EC) No 382/2001 shall be repealed as of the latest of the following dates:

  • 1 January 2007 ,

  • the date of entry into force of this Regulation.

2.

The repealed Regulation shall continue to apply for legal acts and commitments of budget years preceding the year 2007. Any reference to the repealed Regulation shall be deemed to be a reference to this Regulation.
