Article 6 Exclusion of waiver and stipulation of limits

Obligations towards passengers pursuant to this Regulation may not be limited or waived, notably by a derogation or restrictive clause in the transport contract.

Railway undertakings may offer contract conditions more favourable for the passenger than the conditions laid down in this Regulation.
