publishing, for 2008, the agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds introduced by Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1784/2003 of 29 September 2003 on the common organisation of the market in cerealsf1, and the other regulations on the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products,
Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 of 17 December 1987 establishing an agricultural product nomenclature for export refundsf2, and in particular the fourth subparagraph of Article 3 thereof,
Whereas:

The full version of the refund nomenclature valid at 1 January 2008, as it ensues from the regulatory provisions on export arrangements for agricultural products, should be published.
(2)
The amendments to the combined nomenclature applicable from 2008 concerning milk, meat preparations and sugar introduced by Commission Regulation (EC) No 1214/2007f3 must be taken into consideration and the refund nomenclature must be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
