Article 12 Budget commitments

Budget commitments shall be made on the basis of decisions taken by the Commission in accordance with Articles 5, 6 and 9.
2.
The legal forms for Community financing shall include:

financing agreements,

grant agreements,
-
procurement contracts,
-
employment contracts.
