amending Annex II to Council Regulation (EC) No 980/2005 applying a scheme of generalised tariff preferences
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 980/2005 of 27 June 2005 applying a scheme of generalised tariff preferencesf1, and in particular Article 26 thereof,
After consulting the Generalised Preferences Committee,
Whereas:

Commission Regulation (EC) No 1549/2006 of 17 October 2006 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tarifff2 includes data affecting the list in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 980/2005.

The list in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 980/2005 should therefore be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
