Article 3 Application of the flight message transfer protocol

Air navigation service providers shall ensure that the systems referred to in Article 1(2)(a) apply the flight message transfer protocol in accordance with the interoperability requirements specified in Annex I.
2.
F1The Secretary of State shall ensure that the systems referred to in Article 1(2)(b) apply the flight message transfer protocol in accordance with the interoperability requirements specified in Annex I.
