Article 14 Right to be heard
United Kingdom
The competent licensing authority shall ensure that, when adopting a decision to suspend or revoke the operating licence of a F1UK air carrier, the UK air carrier concerned is given the opportunity of being heard, taking into account the need, in some cases, for an urgency procedure.
