F1The competent authority may use electronic systems for the exchange and recording of data contained in licences.

F22.

The electronic systems referred to in paragraph 1 must provide for the exchange of data between—

(a)

the competent authority and the customs authorities; and

(b)

the competent authority and the customs authorities on the one hand and the licensing authority of any partner country on the other.
