Article 8 Sales denomination
United Kingdom
In accordance with F1Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers , the name under which a spirit drink is sold (sales denomination) shall be subject to the provisions laid down in this Chapter.
