Article 12 Declaration of compliance and record keeping

In addition to the requirements of Article 9 of Directive 2002/72/EC, the declaration of compliance of recycled plastic materials and articles shall contain the information laid down in Part A of Annex I to this Regulation.
2.
In addition to the requirements of Article 9 of Directive 2002/72/EC, the declaration of compliance of recycled plastic shall contain the information laid down in Part B of Annex I to this Regulation.
