Article 63 Electronic completion and transmission of sales notes data

Registered buyers, registered auctions or other bodies or persons authorised by F1a fisheries administration with an annual financial turnover in first sales of fisheries products of F2£175,000 or more shall record by electronic means the information referred to in Article 64(1), and shall send it by electronic means within 24 hours after completion of the first sale to the competent authorities of F3a fisheries administration.
F4A fisheries administration must transmit in the same way, by electronic means, information on sales notes referred to in Article 62(3) and (4).
