Article 67 Electronic completion and transmission of take over declaration data

Without prejudice to specific provisions contained in multiannual plans, when the fisheries products are intended for sale at a later stage, registered buyers, registered auctions or other bodies or persons with an annual financial turnover in first sales of fisheries products of F1£175,000 or more which are responsible for the first marketing of fisheries products landed in F2the United Kingdom shall record by electronic means the information referred to in Article 66 and shall send it within 24 hours by electronic means to the competent authorities of F3a fisheries administration.
