Article 69 Monitoring of producer organisations

In accordance with F1Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 1379/2013, F2a fisheries administration must carry out checks at regular intervals to ensure that:
producer organisations comply with the terms and conditions for recognition;
recognition of a producer organisation may be withdrawn if the conditions set out in F3Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 1379/2013 are no longer fulfilled or if recognition is based on wrong information;
recognition is immediately withdrawn retroactively if the organisation obtains or benefits from recognition by fraudulent means.
