Annex IVVerification procedure for market surveillance purposesF1

When performing the market surveillance checks by The Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/1528), regs. 1(2), 6(1)(2)(b)(iv), the authorities of the Great Britain shall apply the following verification procedure for the requirements set out in Annex III.

Great Britain authorities shall use reliable, accurate and reproducible measurement procedures, which take into account the generally recognised state of the art measurement methods....
