  1. 1The following lamps shall be exempt from the provisions of Annex III, provided that the technical documentation file drawn up for the purposes of conformity assessment pursuant to regulation 4(2)(a) of the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 states which of the technical parameters listed hereunder provide(s) a basis for their exemption:
  2. 2The following products shall be exempt from the provisions of Annex III, provided that in all forms of product information it is stated that they are not intended for general lighting use within the meaning of this Regulation, or that they are intended for use in applications listed in points (b) to (e):
