Article 10 Conformity assessment

Before issuing F1a declaration of conformity or suitability for use as referred to in Article 5 of Regulation (EC) No 552/2004, manufacturers of constituents, or F2if the manufacturer is not established in the United Kingdom their authorised representatives established in the F3United Kingdom, of the systems referred to in Article 1(2) of this Regulation shall assess the conformity or suitability for use of those constituents in compliance with the requirements set out in Annex IV, Part A to this Regulation.
