The Fund shall be endowed by:

  • one annual payment from the general budget of the European Union pursuant to Articles 5 and 6,

  • interest on Fund resources invested,

  • amounts recovered from defaulting debtors where the Fund has already honoured the guaranteeF1,

  • F2risk-premium revenues generated under the financing operations of the EIB for which the Union provides a guarantee which is remunerated.
