F2The approval authority must, in accordance with the implementing measures referred to in Article 5c, refuse to grant F3GB type-approval F4... in respect of new vehicle types of categories M 2 , M 3 , N 2 , N 3 , O 3 and O 4 which do not comply with the requirements set out in those implementing measures.

2.

F5The Secretary of State must, in accordance with the implementing measures referred to in Article 5c, prohibit the sale, registration or entry into service of new vehicles of categories M 2 , M 3 , N 2 , N 3 , O 3 and O 4 which do not comply with the requirements set out in those implementing measures.
