Article 2 Definitions

For the purpose of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply:

  1. (a)

    F1“Continuing ERIC Regulation” means Council Regulation (EC) No. 723/2009 as it applies in the European Union;

  2. (b)

    “ERIC” means a European Research Infrastructure Consortium set up under the Continuing ERIC Regulation.
