Nothing in this Regulation shall preclude passengers from seeking damages in accordance with F1any enactment or rule of law in respect of loss resulting from cancellation or delay of transport services before F2courts of the United Kingdom, including under F3the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
