Article 7 Retrieval of lost gear

1.

The competent authority of F1a fisheries administration must send without delay to the NEAFC Secretary the information provided to it pursuant to Article 48(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 as well as the call sign of the vessel that has lost the gear.

2.

F2A fisheries administration must undertake to retrieve on a regular basis lost gears belonging to F3United Kingdom fishing vessels.
