Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 is hereby amended as follows:

1. (1)

   the following paragraph is added to Article 4:

   ‘For Iceland assistance shall be provided in particular subject to the Reports and the Strategy Paper of the Enlargement package.’;

2. (2)

   the following is inserted after ‘Bosnia and Herzegovina’ in Annex II:

   • ‘Iceland’.
