Article 11

In Regulation (EC) No 826/2008, Article 4 is replaced by the following:

‘Conditions for granting aid for olive oil

Article 4

1.

For the purposes of application of Article 33 of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007, the average price shall be recorded on the representative markets during a period of two weeks at least and notified to the Commission by producing Member States as laid down in Part A of Annex III to this Regulation.

2.

The notifications referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009^f1.’
