F2The appropriate authority shall authorise the importation of consignments of raw milk, dairy products, colostrum and colostrum-based products from F3such of the third countries listed in Annex 1, or parts thereof, as the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Scottish Ministers (in relation to Scotland) and the Welsh Ministers (in relation to Wales), may specify in a document published for the purposes of this Article.
