The competent authority shall authorise milk processing establishments approved or registered in accordance with Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 to supply milk, milk-based products and milk-derived products for the purposes referred to in point 3 of this Part provided the establishment concerned ensures the traceability of the products.
