Division 1 Import from a third country and transit of display items shall take place in accordance with the following conditions:F1

  1. (a)

    they originate from third countries referred to in the column ‘third countries’ list’ of row 14 of Table 2 of Section 1 of Chapter II;

  2. (b)

    their introduction has been authorised in advance by the competent authority of the F2constituent nation where the display item is intended to be used;

  3. (c)

    following the veterinary checks provided for in F3the Official Controls Regulation, display items must be sent directly to the authorised user.
