Consignments of animal by-products and derived products for importation F1from a third country into or transit through F2Great Britain shall be accompanied by health certificates and declarations, in accordance with the models F3made available or published for the time being by the appropriate authority, at the point of entry into Great Britain where the veterinary checks take place, as provided for in F4the Official Controls Regulation.
F5By way of derogation from the first paragraph, animal by-products and derived products originating from, and returning to, F6Great Britain following a refusal of entry by a third country, must comply with the specific requirements set out in Chapter VI of Annex XIV.
