Article 44 Presumption of conformity

F1An approved body to be authorised to carry out third party tasks in the process of assessment and verification of constancy of performance which demonstrates its conformity with the criteria laid down in the relevant F2designated standards or parts thereof F3... shall be presumed to comply with the requirements set out in Article 43 in so far as the applicable designated standards cover those requirements.
