Article 8 Scope

This Chapter lays down rules on conformity checks, which shall mean the checks carried out on fruit and vegetables at all marketing stages, in order to verify that they conform to the marketing standards and other provisions of this Title F1and of F2F3Article 76 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013., Article 76 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 and in regulations made under section 9 of the Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Act 2020.
