The manufacturer shall submit a report to the approval authority F1... when planning to conduct remedial action, and shall submit this report when deciding to take action. The report shall specify the details of the remedial action and describe the engine families to be included in the action. The manufacturer shall report regularly to the approval authority after the start of the remedial action.
