Division 7 Maximum rear swing-out

  1. 7.1Division 7.1
  2. 7.2The maximum rear swing-out shall not exceed: (see Figure 3 of Appendix 3 to this Annex)
  3. 7.3With the agreement of the Technical Service and the Type-Approval Authority, the maximum rear swing-out requirements may be proved by numerical simulation in accordance with Annex VIII to Regulation (EU) 2018/858. In case of doubt, the Technical Service or Type-Approval Authority may require a physical full-scale test to be carried out.
