Article 6 The Agency

1.

The Agency shall:

(a)

establish and maintain the communication network for EUROSUR in accordance with Article 7;

(b)

establish and maintain the European situational picture in accordance with Article 10;

(c)

establish and maintain the common pre-frontier intelligence picture in accordance with Article 11;

(d)

coordinate the common application of surveillance tools in accordance with Article 12.

2.

For the purposes of paragraph 1, the Agency shall operate twenty four hours a day and seven days a week.
