The Managing Authority must agree with a Programme Monitoring Committee, set up in accordance with the institutional, legal and financial framework of the constituent nation, on the monitoring and implementation of the programme.
Each monitoring committee shall draw up and adopt its rules of procedure in accordance with the institutional, legal and financial framework of the F3constituent nation concerned.
