Article 112 Definition
United Kingdom
A "traditional term" means a term traditionally used F1... for the products referred to in Article 92(1) to designate:
- (a)
that the product has a protected designation of origin or a protected geographical indication under F2Article 99 or is included in the register established under Article 104; or
- (b)
the production or ageing method or the quality, colour, type of place, or a particular event linked to the history of the product with a protected designation of origin or a protected geographical indication.
