Article 198 Export refund fixation

1.

The same export refunds shall apply to the same products in the whole F1of the United Kingdom. They may vary according to destination, especially where the world market situation, the specific requirements of certain markets, or obligations resulting from international agreements F2to which the United Kingdom is a party make this necessary.

2.

Measures on the fixing of refunds shall be taken by the F3Secretary of State in accordance with F4Articles 13 and 14 of Council Regulation (EU) No 1370/2013 determining measures on fixing certain aids and refunds related to the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products.
