Article 204 Other implementing powers

The F1Secretary of State may make regulations:

1. (a)

   F2setting out appropriate measures to prevent abuse of the flexibility provided for in Article 199(2), in particular concerning the procedure for submitting applications;

2. (b)

   F3setting out the measures necessary to respect the volume commitments referred to in Article 201, including ceasing or limiting the issue of export licences when such commitments are or can be exceeded;

3. (c)

   fixing coefficients which apply to the export refunds in accordance with the rules adopted pursuant to Article 202(7).
