Article 4 Adjustments to the Common Customs Tariff nomenclature used for agricultural products

Where necessary in order to take into account amendments to the combined nomenclature, the F1Secretary of State may make regulations adjusting the description of products and references in this Regulation to the headings or subheadings of the combined nomenclature.
