Article 86 Reservation, amendment and cancellation of optional reserved termsC1

F1This Article and Articles 87 and 88 do not apply in relation to products marketed in England (see section 37(1) of the Agriculture Act 2020).

In order to take account of the expectations of consumers, developments in scientific and technical knowledge, the situation in the market and developments in marketing standards and in international standards, the F5appropriate authority in England, Wales or Scotland may make regulations:

1. (a)

   reserving an additional optional reserved term, laying down its conditions of use;

2. (b)

   amending the conditions of use of an optional reserved term; or

3. (c)

   cancelling an optional reserved term.
