Article 7

Regulation (EC) No 1296/2008 is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   in Chapter IV, the following Article 21a is inserted:

   ‘Article 21a

   The notifications referred to in Articles 3, 14 and 16 shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009^f1.’;

2. (2)

   in Annex I, the words ‘(form to be sent to the following address: [email protected])’ are deleted.
