In Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 1130/2009, the following paragraph 4 is added:

‘4.

The communications and notification of information referred to in Articles 2 and 7 and in this Article shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009f1.’.
