Division 7.2 Fate and behaviour in water and sediment

The information provided, taken together with that provided for one or more plant protection products containing the active substance, and other relevant information, shall be sufficient to establish or permit estimation of:

1. (a)

   persistence in water systems (bottom sediment and water, including suspended particles);

2. (b)

   the extent to which water and sediment organisms are at risk;

3. (c)

   potential for contamination of surface water and groundwater.
