Division 4.3 Emergency measures in the case of an accident

Detailed procedures to be followed in the event of an emergency, whether arising during transport, storage or use, shall be provided and include:

1. (a)

   containment of spillages;

2. (b)

   decontamination of areas, vehicles and buildings;

3. (c)

   disposal of damaged packaging, absorbents and other materials;

4. (d)

   protection of emergency workers and residents, including bystanders;

5. (e)

   first aid measures.
