Regulation (EC) No 273/2008 is amended as follows:

  1. (1)

    Article 19 is deleted;

  2. (2)

    the following Article 19a is inserted:

    ‘Notifications

    Article 19a

    The notifications provided for in Article 2, Article 4(1) and in Annex III C shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009f1.’.
