Article 3

Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 566/2008 is replaced by the following:

‘Notifications

Article 9

The notifications provided for in Article 4(1) and (3), Article 6(3) and Article 8(1) and (2) shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009^f1.’.
