F1The appropriate authority may, by regulations adopt a list of third countries which have demonstrated F2to the satisfaction of the appropriate authority that for pet animals of the species listed in Part B of Annex I, they apply rules the content and effect of which are the same as those laid down in F3... this Section and Section 2 of Chapter VI and where applicable the F4regulations made pursuant to those rules.
